Patient X has a prominent higher shoulder LEVEL on the LEFT. She is RIGHT handed. So this is an abnormal finding on observation as her dominant hand should rather have a slightly (about 1cm) higher shoulder level when compared to the left. Neck and shoulder pain.
After 1st treatment the shoulder levels are more even and patient reported less pain. After second treatment harmony and balance is restored and there was even less pain reported.
This is just a glance at one anatomical section and it should be noted that this was a small finding of a much larger picture
